The website is operated for providing information regarding Holy Wisdom Academy, its academic activities, admissions, notices, facilities and administrative services.
The School reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove website content, services or information whenever required.
Holy Wisdom Academy provides an online facility for payment of applicable school fees and charges.
Payments may include:
Tuition Fees
Admission Fees
Term Fees
Transport Fees
Examination Fees
Other applicable School charges
Users must provide accurate information, including the student's name, class/grade, admission/enrollment number and applicable payment details, before completing a transaction.
Online payments are processed through an authorised third-party payment gateway and the relevant banking/payment network.
The payment facility may involve Bank of Baroda (BOB), Lohaghat, and/or other authorised banking/payment service providers, as applicable to the transaction.
By using the online payment facility, the user also agrees to the applicable terms and conditions of the payment gateway and concerned bank/payment network.
A successful transaction shall generate an electronic confirmation/receipt, subject to the payment gateway and School's system successfully receiving the transaction confirmation.
Users are advised to retain the transaction reference number and payment receipt for their records.
The School shall not be responsible for payment failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
Incorrect information entered by the user.
Insufficient funds.
Internet/network connectivity problems.
Bank-side technical issues.
Payment gateway technical issues.
Payment authentication failure.
System interruptions or other circumstances beyond the School's control.
If the payer's account is debited but the payment is not reflected in the School's records, the payer should contact the Accounts Office with the transaction reference number.
Any applicable payment gateway, convenience or transaction charges shall be displayed to the user before completion of the payment, wherever applicable.
Such charges may be non-refundable in accordance with the applicable payment gateway/banking terms.
Users are responsible for:
Providing correct student and payment information.
Maintaining confidentiality of their payment credentials.
Ensuring sufficient funds are available.
Checking the payment amount before confirmation.
Retaining the payment receipt/reference number.
The School will never request an OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, password or net-banking password through telephone, email or any other communication.
Refunds and cancellations shall be governed by the School's Refund & Cancellation Policy published on this website.
Users should review that policy before making an online payment.
Holy Wisdom Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or online payment facility, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The School shall make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and accuracy of its website and online payment facility.
Unless otherwise stated, the text, logos, photographs, graphics and other content appearing on the School's website belong to or are lawfully used by Holy Wisdom Academy.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Lohaghat, Champawat, Uttarakhand
